Tips:

1. Select the desired Search Type (type of record)
2. For a field with a long string of text that you would not naturally remember, you can use the asterisk (*) wildcard up to the part you remember. For example, William*
3. It is not necessary to fill out all of the keyword fields for a search. For example, if you don't know TylerAccountNumber for a Notice of Value search, you can still get info by entering ASR_OwnerName or using the Tax Year, but adding more criteria will narrow the search
4. If you only know a word that falls in the middle of a larger string of words, you can bracket the word with asterisks and search for it within the context of the string. For example, *William*
5. If you would like to search a phrase, you can bracket the phrase with quotation marks. For example, “William Tell”
6. ? – The question mark replaces a single character. You can use it to replace any letter or numeral about which you are unsure. For example, for ‘canyon’ you can write can?on
7. Scroll down and click Search at the bottom or hit the enter key. The search results will appear to the right in this window
8. If the search takes too long, refresh the page, choose the search type again, and add more criteria to narrow the search
9. Click the document to view and download
